Before Your Appointment
Preparation: Please complete our New Patient Intake Form before your visit. This helps us understand your medical history and current health status.
What to Bring: If you have recent medical reports, such as MRI, CT, or X-ray results, please bring them along.
During Your First Visit
Comprehensive Consultation: We’ll discuss your medical history, lifestyle, and specific concerns to gain a full understanding of your health.
Physical Examination: Our osteopath will assess your posture, spine, joints, muscles, and ligaments.
Personalised Treatment Plan: Based on your consultation and examination, we’ll develop a tailored treatment plan to meet your needs.
What to Wear
To fully assess and treat your condition, we need to be able to see and work directly with your spine, joints, and affected areas. Please wear comfortable, lightweight clothing that allows for movement and easy access to the areas being treated.
For Osteopathy & Sports Massage: A vest or sports bra (for women) and shorts are ideal.
For Pilates & Rehabilitation Exercises: Stretchy, non-restrictive clothing is best.

Appointment Durations
Initial Visit: We typically allow approximately 1 hour for your first appointment to ensure a full assessment, treatment and discussion of your treatment plan.
Follow-Up Visits: The duration of subsequent sessions varies depending on the type of treatment required, ensuring that you receive the most effective care.
Fees and Payment
Initial Consultation: From £150, depending on the treatment type and duration.
Follow-Up Sessions: From £90, depending on the treatment type and duration.
